Early-bird rates are available for registrations received before 15 September 2026, offering a saving of 33% on the standard delegate fee. Pre-registration before 27 November 2026 is required for admission to the venue.
Name badge, conference bag with programme and printed materials.
Conference admission badge giving full access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and evening drinks reception.
Access to the web application, released a few days before the conference, for scheduling meetings with fellow participants and exchanging electronic business cards.
Post-event materials: access to presentation slides and video recordings of the conference sessions, provided two to four weeks after the conference.

Promotional materials placement
£200 + 20% VAT
Placement of promotional literature and advertising materials at the registration area. Price excludes production and shipping costs. Printed materials may be delivered and stored at the venue no longer than 5 working days before the event. Materials not collected at the end of the event will be disposed of.
Venue banner
Roll-up banner
£300 + 20% VAT
Banner placed either in the networking area, reserved for coffee breaks and lunch, or in the foyer next to the conference welcome desk. The roll-up banner should not exceed 2 metres in height and 1.5 metres in width. The banner may be delivered and stored at the venue no longer than 5 working days before the event.
Print advert
Advertisement in conference brochure
£300 + 20% VAT
Placement of an advertising page in the conference brochure distributed to all conference participants. Artwork must be submitted no later than 10 working days before the event.
Video
Video advert
£500 + 20% VAT
On-screen demonstration of a muted video clip in rotation in the conference hall between sessions and on TV monitors in the registration, networking, and drinks reception areas.

Booking conditions

Registration
Confirmation of booking and invoice will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form.

Payment
Fees may be paid by debit or credit card via Stripe or bank transfer. Payment in full is due no later than 48 hours before the event. Failure to pay may result in the organisers denying participation.

Admission
Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who have failed to pay the fee prior to the conference.

Cancellation
Delegate substitution may be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com10 calendar days before the event will be subject to up to 30% administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations submitted fewer than 10 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers, a credit note may be issued for cancellations received fewer than 10 calendar days before the event.
