Requirements for the Submission of Presentation Materials
Please submit presentation slides before 25 November 2026 to slides@minexforum.com.
Presentation slides are accepted in PowerPoint (PPTX). Slides must be prepared in 16:9 screen dimension.
Slides exceeding 20 megabytes or containing videos, background music, or speeches should be uploaded to cloud-sharing storage, e.g. OneDrive or Google Drive, and submitted as downloadable links.
In cases where presenters are unable to attend the event in person or remotely, they may pre-record their presentation on YouTube or Vimeo and send the video file link to slides@minexforum.com.
Practical check: there is a small date ambiguity in the corporate presentation fee table: “Apply before 16 October 2026” and “Apply after 15 October 2026” overlap logically by one day. The safest editorial fix is to confirm whether the third line should read “Apply after 16 October 2026” or whether the second line should read “Apply before 15 October 2026”.

Frequently Asked Questions for Speakers
Practical information for speakers, panellists, corporate presenters, and guest contributors presenting at MINEX Eurasia 2026 in London.
Speakers and panellists present in person. The conference is organised in English. Non-English speakers presenting in person may bring along an interpreter and present in a consecutive format. Access to the conference sessions and the web application is provided exclusively to registered participants.
The exact time of each presentation will be confirmed in the final agenda. Corporate presentations should be aimed at 10–15 minutes or about 10–20 PowerPoint slides. Keynote and speaker presentations should not exceed 20 minutes or about 15–30 slides.
The moderator will contact all panellists before the event to pre-agree on discussion topics and questions. During the event, the moderator will invite panellists to answer questions in the pre-agreed order and will handle questions from the audience.
Time is allocated for audience questions at the end of each session, panel discussion, or keynote. In-person attendees can use roving microphones. All participants may also send questions to presenters before, during, and after the event using the contact form in the online profile of presenters.
All submitted slides will be preloaded on the conference PCs and ready for presentation. Speakers may demonstrate their slides using a clicker whilst standing at the lectern or seated at the head table. Slides may include built-in videos, animations, and sound. Presenters are asked to submit slides before the event to allow time for discussion with moderators and testing on audio-visual systems.
Presenting from the conference system is preferred, as connecting external devices may take time and potentially disrupt the set-up. If the use of your own device is essential, please contact us at least 5 working days before the event to arrange a test.
All presentations and panel discussions are video-recorded. Once edited, recordings are published online with the slides and other materials, and are available to all registered participants via their accounts on the conference website.
A professional photographer will take photos of speakers, panel discussions, audience questions, and networking events. Flash will be limited to a bare minimum. Photos will be edited and published in low resolution on the conference website; high-resolution photos can be provided on request after the event.
Materials will be provided free of charge to all registered participants through their accounts approximately two to four weeks after the conference. Materials include presentation slides in PDF format, video recordings of the conference sessions, and photos of the event.
Speakers are expected to present in person. An exception may apply to speakers who are unable to attend personally and cannot find a substitute. In such cases, the programming committee may allow a pre-recorded video to be played during the conference.
If you are representing a sponsor or have booked a corporate presentation, please refer to your agreement to determine the number of admission tickets available for sharing with guests.
The conference web application allows you to create a speaker profile, access the list of event participants, search for specific people using keywords, shortlist contacts, and schedule one-to-one meetings before, during, or after the event.
Participants may meet in the foyer or networking area adjacent to the main conference hall. A private meeting room is available for organising meetings with investors and national delegations; pre-booking is required. Please contact the MINEX Eurasia organisers before the event for further information.
Participants may network during coffee breaks, lunch, and the drinks reception organised at the end of the event.
Speakers and panellists may publish information about their presentations on the conference website, which will be added to the news section and shared via social media. A customised web banner showcasing your presentation will be provided as the event approaches. Video recordings may be shared on social media after the event with prior approval from other participants. All materials are protected by copyright; written consent is required for sharing or publishing in any format.
The conference is primarily funded by fees from commercial organisations. Companies presenting their projects, services, or products are expected to pay the presentation fee in addition to the admission fee. Speakers presenting a non-commercial talk on behalf of profit-driven organisations are charged admission fees only.
Unless agreed otherwise, or in cases where speakers are representing a sponsor or partner of the conference, they are expected to pay an admission fee to attend the conference sessions, as well as lunches and networking events.
The MINEX Forum Secretariat cannot reimburse travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by speakers or panellists.
